Here at Ardentia we believe that training should be an integral part of the solution delivery; empowering your organisation and ensuring that maximum value and benefit is derived. To ensure this happens, we have a dedicated training team who are committed to delivering relevant and comprehensive courses, using varying methods to reflect individual learning styles and requirements.
An outline of the training services we provide are detailed below:
Standard Classroom Training
All our standard courses are held at our training facilities in Stafford, providing the ideal environment to learn our core products, such as HealthWare Manager and Cassius report developer using health data.
Standard Onsite Training
All our standard courses can be held onsite so that you do not have the additional cost of travel and accommodation to consider. We can deliver these courses using your own training facilities; however if this is not feasible, Ardentia has a mobile training environment which we can use as long as there is a suitable training room provided.
Customer Specific Training
Our training services are flexible and we can offer specific training to meet your needs, including:
- Refresher courses
- Bespoke courses designed to your specification
- Train the trainer courses
- Overviews providing awareness of the solutions’ functionality
Online WebEx Training Workshops – NEW FOR 2010
We are pleased to offer this new service, following on from some very successful online WebEx workshops in 2009. We are able to provide you with support and guidance with specific areas of functionality within the core products, giving you instant return on your investment as the sessions are based on your needs. Some sessions which we have delivered include:
- Designing an OLAP reporting solution which included building new OLAP cubes and dimensions
- Defining advanced custom dimensions and applying security to reports
- Defining and creating briefing books
- Support with creating new Cassius NetInform and NetQuery reports
- Design and support of initial KPIs within Cassius NetMetrics
